The hotel has spacious rooms with plenty of nice touches, but there might have been some noise from a nearby staff area. The service was amazingly nice and quick to help, offering convenient amenities like dry cleaning and pet services. The location was centrally located, making it perfect for my trip, although it is a little sketchy due to a nearby homeless population. The dining experience offered health-minded options but lacked convenience for in-room eating. Overall, a decent pricing with very comfortable rooms and public areas.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with its great layout and spacious rooms, equipped with two wide beds and a sofa bed. However, I did notice that the room could benefit from a more soundproof door. The service was exceptional, from the friendly front desk personnel to Keith managing the breakfast service, making our experience updated and enjoyable. The hotel's downtown location was fantastic, offering a safe and convenient stay with easy access to various eateries.
The hotel was perfectly located for my needs, close to downtown Eugene with a vibrant nightlife and restaurants nearby. The rooms were modern, clean, and spacious, allowing both me and my child to have our own space comfortably. The service was outstanding, with a young and friendly staff that went above and beyond to make our stay special. The dining options were varied, although not ideal for in-room dining, and the facilities offered everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
